Calling all education law specialists! My client is a large local authority in the West Midlands that is in need of some additional support within their in house legal services team. The vacant post sits within the adults and education team and requiresan experienced education paralegal to undertake a range of tasks. Applicants must be locally based as travel to and from court weekly is anticipated in this position. You will be helping with non-school attendance prosecutions, alongside providing generaleducation advice to the client department and other parties. On occasion you may also be involved in helping with childcare team. This is a fantastic team to join, offering support and training. All IT will be provided by the client in order to undertake thework. This post shall last for a minimum of 6 months and may go on much longer than this. It is a great opportunity for an experienced private practice paralegal to break into the public sector sphere, or an experienced local government specialist seekinga new challenge.
