Job Description

£40-50K plus uncapped bonus and great benefitsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing small-knit team, you will be heading up the e-commerce function with the opportunity to grow the team, with the launch of the new ERP system you will create and implement processes to drive improvement throughout all areas of the business.You will be joining a loyal and dedicated team at an exciting point in the development of the business.Main responsibilities

  • Developing the e-commerce trading strategy
  • Develop internal process to streamline the business.
  • Maximising the ERP system
  • Manage and support the growth of brands through Ecommerce channels.
  • Working closely with the web developer to develop the brand portfolio.
  • Analyse customer experience and drive improvements.
  • Customer and competitor research
  • Work closely with warehouse and distribution.
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Develop Social Media
  • Help to implement e-mail marketing strategies.
    • You will need:
  • Demonstrable experience of e-commerce
  • Experience of online marketing concepts and strategies
  • Digital marketing, SEO, Email marketing, paid search, organic social media
  • Analytical and data focused.
  • Great communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous track record of delivering growth through e-commerce.
