Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Lead to join our team at a mainstream school in Northfield. This position is available as either a temporary or permanent role, depending on the candidates preference.Responsibilities:Leadership: Take a lead role in the Early Years department, providing guidance and support to the team of educators.Curriculum Development: Design and implement a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and guidelines.Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students progress and implement strategies to support their individual needs.Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their childs development and encouraging their involvement in the learning process.Staff Development: Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for Early Years staff, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other school staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting.Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive school culture.If you are passionate about early childhood education, have a proven track record in leadership, and are dedicated to creating a nurturing learning environment, we would love to hear from you.If you are interested in the role and want to discuss further then please apply now and Nyah Somerfield , Birmingham Candidate Recruiter will be in touch within 48 Hours of your application.Many thanks,Nyah SomerfieldAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
