ARE YOU LOOKING TO WORK WITH A MARKET LEADER WITHIN THEIR RETAIL SECTORARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR OR HEAD OF E-COMMERCE WITHIN RETAIL LOOKING FOR A NEW CHALLENGEIF YOU CAN ANSWER YES TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS THEN PLEASE READ ON.Our client is recognised as the market leader in their field UK Wide, they are seeking an e-commerce Director or Senior Head of e-commerce to Support the development of its new stores and substantial project range and partnerships with various Retail brands.We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Director or Head of E-Commerce to support our clients business in the next stage of development and expansion with new and refitted stores, a growing product range, and exciting new partnerships with brands.The right candidate will be expected to help shape and develop the business brand and play a key role in our future success and growth. This is a very hands-on role managing a product and services-based website and overseeing all company social media and marketingstrategies. Reporting directly in to the MD, you will be responsible for managing a small but efficient team to drive our e-commerce business and for increasing our online and high street presence to strengthen brand awareness.The ideal candidate will be the following:

  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Highly skilled project manager
  • Develop multiple affiliate relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme data-driven thinking expert
  • Developing digital campaigns across multiple product categories
  • Develop performance metrics that allow for reporting on
  • Exceptional team motivator
  • Will hold a degree qualification
  • 10 years plus of leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Tough negotiator with the ability to work at the executive level with national companies and associations
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Extreme detail/quality orientation with solid knowledge of brand development
The job:
  • Responsible for developing and leading the companys e-commerce strategies
  • Working closely with the MD and the leadership team
  • Oversee all aspects of the e-comm team and dept
  • Maximising sales and margin through the companys e-commerce site
  • Define and execute multiple brand campaigns
  • Working closely with third-party brands and national associations
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance
  • Implement new and creative growth strategies
  • Working closely with the marketing Director across all social media platforms
  • Working closely with the B&M Director on product launches
  • Delivery of highly creative digital, SEO, and social media campaigns
