Job Description

Role Introduction We are looking for a techno/functional consultant with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform skills to deliver solutions for our customers based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.The Dynamics CRM Consultant will be responsible for planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining solutions for customers based on Dynamics CRM CE modules and Power Platform. The key focus of the role will be capturing user requirements, creating desing documents, cofiguring and customising Dynamics module and also extending the platform using development technologies like .net and javascript. What You Will Do

• Deliver Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform consultancy best practice, working with on-premise (CE) and cloud deployments.
• Participate or lead workshops, requirement gathering activity with customers
• Write quality design documents.
• Demostrate Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing module capabilities
• Deliver Dynamics CRM solution customisation and configurations, workflows and reporting. Troubleshoot, analysing and where possible resolving issues where solution is not working as designed.
• Use Power platform to build power apps, power pages, flows and reports.
• Provide technical consultancy on new projects, enhancements and change requests.
• Deliver technical design to extend Dynamics 365 or Power Platform using plugins.
• Modify existing and configure new functions in line with customer requirements
• As a Dynamics Consultant you will use your own initiative to configure, test and deploy processes to specifications devised by the business consultants and project managers in a precise and efficient manner to specific deadlines
• Support customers solutions by investigating, reviewing and resolving issues raised. Ensuring customer satisfaction in delivering support.
• Liaising with our Partners and Microsoft technical support on issues within the product that are impacting customer solutions.
• Supporting the Sales team with pre-sales scenarios technical scenarios.

What You Will Have

• Demonstrable experience of working with and delivering projects using on-premise and online version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience in conducting customer workshops.
• Experience in delivering Functional Design Documents and conducting Fit/Gap analysis
• Demonstrable knowledge of supporting tools and applications within the Microsoft stack and their capabilities alongside Dynamics 365.
• Experience in development technologies to identify gaps in the solution requiring development of plugins.
• Experience with .Net, JavaScript, HTML, Json, SQL is beneficial.
• Experience in data migration and data management in projects
• Microsoft Dynamics certification are good to have.
• Configuring and delivering MS Dynamics solutions to a wide range of markets.
• Good knowledge of out of box configuration of Dynamic CE as well as writing and build additional functionality where required.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships anda manage customer expectations.
• Be willing to take initiative inproblem identificationandsolution provision.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
