Job Description

Digital Sales & Marketing SpecialistFull-time, Temporary leading to PermanentAn awesome opportunity for a talented and experienced digital marketing expert to join a multi-award winning early stage artisan Indian food business specialising in Free-From and Gluten-Free foods for online sales.My Client is looking for someone who is hard working, innovative, results driven, with a "hands-on" approach to accomplish the work and lead by example. You should be accountable, and most importantly, have appetite to try new approaches. Your role will be to identify and execute the best digital tactics, building their brand while driving overall business growth. The main duties of the role will be to drive their online profile and sales through social media strategies, PPC, SEO, sales and email marketing.In future months to come you will be marketing strategies ahead of shows and events.Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Specialist - (not restricted to):

  • Work collaboratively with the director, to create Social Media Marketing strategies and plans to raise brand awareness and visibility in the market.
  • Take ownership of the e-commerce website and its customer order management
  • Full implementation of a content and SEO plan with the focus on increasing search rankings for our website in organic search.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for multi- channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a comprehensive digital plan and create strategies and tactical plans to increase online traffic.
  • Set up an outreach and influencer program with the view of driving third party product reviews and content across the web, to support ongoing brand profile campaigns.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive plan to address organic and paid search.
  • Continued development of materials, including newsletter content, blogs content, website content, infographics and video content to increase brand awareness and capture sales.
  • Create and manage email marketing content, using existing data and contacts whilst also driving data capture for future campaigns. Ensuring the company is fully GDPR compliant at all times.
  • Create, manage and own PPC strategies across Google and other paid advertising performance platforms both to promote the brand and its products - within limited budget.
  • Take overall responsibility for the analysis and review of all web/marketing data, using this to increase digital performance.
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using all information to assess against established goals/KPIs.
  • Required skills and experience
  • 3 years of digital marketing and lead generation with a proven track record in driving revenue growth in a B2C setting. Plus initiate B2B launch.
  • Hands-on social media marketing execution and in-depth analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM tactics, and Social Media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Mailchimp, Mandril)
  • Creative content development marketeer
  • Excellent communication management
  • Creative thinker with exceptional knowledge of digital marketing, analytics.
  • Working knowledge of food allergies, Coeliac Disease, and Indian food.

  • 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9 am to 17:00 pm - some Bank Holidays may be required
