Digital Marketing Manager - Paid AdsOur client has an amazing people based culture and are looking for the right person to join our ever-expanding team. The roles primary focus will be managing Google Ads & Social Media Ads campaigns for our range of clients in a fast paced but thoroughly enjoyable environment. There will also be line management of the paid media team so experience in managing teams and getting the best out of people through a nurturing approach is very important - Our people are our no.1 asset. The role will report to the Director of Digital.They are a Digital Marketing Agency based in Birmingham City Centre specialising in paid advertising channels. Wed like the candidate take charge of the Paid Advertising area and help lead the expansion of it autonomously, as well as delve further into things like Retargeting, Lookalikes & funnels. There is scope for the role to develop further within the business as we continue to grow at a fast rate.Core skills: At least 4 years experience in Google AdWords / PPC is a must, Social Media advertising experience is required to be strong too. The perfect candidate will have agency experience or will be comfortable in managing multiple campaigns/brands. They will have a keen eye for data insights and be able to present/pitch to senior business stakeholders with confidence.Salary range: £28-32k DOE
