  • Development and execution of digital marketing activities
  • Drive customer engagement and lead generation for the growth markets and its offerings
  • Engage with Product Line and Regional Marketing Communications leads to drive innovation and create plans for digital marketing & marketing technology program
  • Improve core competencies relevant to marketing automation, digital advertising, social media, and search engine optimization
  • Act as a champion for digital marketing by drawing up well-conceived guidelines, tools, and educational material
  • Develop and lead all relevant internal digital services, including web design, 3rd party platforms and digital asset management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on digital
  • Digital marketing experience focusing on SEO and website analytics
  • Experience with SEA, Digital PR, demand generation and preferably email
  • Proven skills in project management for digital marketing and marketing technology practices
  • A strong desire to develop a deeper understanding of our business and markets
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills with a positive and encouraging attitude
  • In-depth experience in managing and growing audience engagement,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, other languages are a plus
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • An experienced networker with strategic thinking capabilities and a hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor and report progress
