Job Description

Digital Marketing ManagerBirminghamHybrid Working£30,000 to £35,000Our client a successful digital marketing agency are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage their PPC campaigns as well as account managing their pretigous client base. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and leading the MarketingExecutives to ensure marketing effectiveness alongside timely and accurate implementation across multiple products and services on offer to our group of businesses.Skills and Experience:

  • You will have a minimum of 3- 5 years of marketing experience and have suitable qualifications, such as a degree in marketing or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital media models, theories and techniques
  • A confident presenter with the ability to craft a compelling story and sell ideas
  • Ability to manage campaigns from start to finish with autonomy
  • Able to build effective relationships and demonstrate emotional intelligence
  • A talented and ambitious individual who is eager to have a hands-on role and apply the latest trends in marketing.
  • The successful candidate will need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proactive and energetic personality; with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • As an experienced Digital Marketing Manager or Senior already, you will have a proven track record of progressing projects from ideas and innovative concepts through various marketing platforms and channels to the target audience.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple accounts across a range of sectors and industries
  • Plan, create and deliver multi-channel campaigns for a range of clients
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, accurately and on budget
  • Set up, manage and optimise medium-high level digital advertising across a range of platforms, specifically the Google ad portfolio
  • Monitor clients accounts on a daily basis to ensure optimum delivery
  • Be proficient in a range of digital tools from Supermetrics to Google Analytics
  • Day-to-day management of a team of account executives by providing guidance to help them thrive and deliver the best
  • Lead on planning and implementing campaign briefs with support from the Director
  • Effectively report on performance and feedback to clients
  • Support the director with creative ideas and strategies for new business proposals
  • Create ideas that inspire and lead the field to deliver the very best results for clients
  • Translate campaign proposals and strategies into campaign plans and deliverables
  • Write and deliver strong and compelling presentations
  • Build effective relationships with partners and key clients
  • Actively and confidently lead discussions in internal and client meetings
  • Oversee the delivery of insightful industry & competitor developments
  • Maintain and grow media partners/owner relationships in order to stay up to date with industry developments,
  • identifying relevant opportunities for clients
  • Continually be thinking of thought-provoking, creative and innovative ideas that we can deliver as an Agency and for our clients
