Job Description

As part of this successful, UK manufacturing organisation, the business now requires a Digital Marketing Executive, who will play a vital role in supporting and building one of their most recognisable brands across both digital and social platforms.The Role:Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager for the brand, as the Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • executing and optimising the digital and trade marketing plans, focusing on audience growth
  • supporting the execution of marketing campaigns
  • designing, executing and managing the digital interfaces including social media, CRM, website, D2C platform and performance marketing
  • contributing to the copy writing development and asset collation of digital and print content
  • reviewing the changes to market and consumer trends and suggesting optimisations to the marketing plans
  • reviewing brand messaging and ensuring consistency across advertising and campaigns
  • supporting design, development and roll-out of POS for trade and retail customers
  • utilising data to help build and optimise marketing campaigns
  • reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
The Candidate:Ideally of graduate standard, from within a marketing or digital based discipline, candidates for the role of Digital Marketing Executive may also have achieved, or be working towards, their further CIM qualifications.In addition, candidates for Digital Marketing Executive role will also be required to demonstrate that they have:
  • had previous work experience within a digital marketing based role
  • experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • experience working with agencies, briefing and managing relationships
  • a working knowledge of an ecommerce or digital marketing retail trading environment
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and creative in a challenging environment
  • the ability to be analytical regards data for market trends as well as customer behaviour and experiences
  • the capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive, professional approach
  • strong project management skills
  • excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus
  • a high proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills
Candidates for the Digital Marketing Executive role will have the ability to work as part of a team or under their own initiative, demonstrating that they are an organised and capable individual, who is used to multi-tasking and can prioritisetheir workload in order to meet exacting deadlines. There may also be some travel, from time to time, with this role.
