Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Digital Learning & Development Specialist to work in their Employee Learning Team team based in Birmingham on a PAYE basis. It is an initial 6 month day rate contract with strong scope for extension andis hybrid with 2 days per week in the Birmingham office. The team are together every Wednesday in the office so the 2nd office day is flexible for whenever suits you.The Employee Learning team have global responsibility for learning products that are available to all employees, many of which leverage emerging digital technologies. A small team supporting the development of over 80,000 people across the globe, this isa fast paced and friendly team who are committed to delivering excellent employee experience.A key strategic priority for the Learning function in 2021/2022 was the implementation of the Degreed Learning Experience Platform (LXP) enabling them to reshape the employee learning journey at Deutsche Bank. Learning is mapped to skills and data insightswill enable strategic skill management. This is a key step to build foundations for a culture of Learning and Skills management.Overview:In 2023/4 DB now turn their focus to building a skills development approach and framework - this will include a significant amount of complexity but with a major contribution to their aspiration to continue on their journey to Get Better at Getting Betterand become a learning organisation.They are implementing various improvements to their skills content landscape in 2023, and are looking for a couple of team members to help them deliver change and improvement to the employee experience.Key responsibilities:
