Unique role with a unique company, which is expanding globally and needs a hugely creative digital designer to work with a French based client.The role:In an nutshell, were looking for a highly experienced digital designer who has experience of developing adverts and landing pages which convert really well. Our client is a specialist in direct carrier billing, supplying in demand content through mobile phone carriers, making it more accessible. Historically, their base has been within the UK, however, theyre now expanding globally and whilst the vast majority of their team work around their Birmingham office, they have offices in Paris and further afield. Their opportunities to attract new customers come almost exclusively from Google adverts, hence the reason for someone who is a real specialist in this area. Youll be working with one of their really large clients, a French telecommunications specialist and theyll be looking to attract French speaking customers. Theyre currently using translators to adapt from English, but what they really want is either a French native, or someone who is a fluent speaker who can design and write ads specifically for this market. Aside from this, theyre actually quite flexible about the level of candidate theyre looking at. It could suit a middleweight designer who wants to get on and grow with a company or it could be a senior designer who wants to be a team leader and manage a team from day one.What were looking for:So, important killer questions. Can you write fluently in French and are you experienced in designing amazing adverts. We really need you to be able to answer yes to both of these, otherwise the role isnt going to be for you. Youll need to be experienced in all the usual software, and have a broad based digital portfolio. Working from home should be of interest to you but you will need to make it into the Birmingham office once a week or so, so if this is a problem, again this might not be the role for you.Whats on OfferBecause our client is looking at different levels of designer, theres quite a variation in the salary level being offered for the role. £30,000 would be for a middleweight, the higher level of up to £55,000 would need to be for someone senior.
