Job Description

  • Responsible for management of the full reporting framework and analytics suite for the business, including ownership of all reporting and utilising automation wherever possible
  • Creating and leading the data and digital analytics strategy. Defining documentation and standardisation processes.
  • Developing automated reporting suites and eye-catching dashboards, ensuring suitability for relevant stakeholders
  • Providing detailed customer-first insights, enabling senior stakeholders to make informed decisions on areas such as digital sales and marketing performance, website optimisation, projects and strategies
  • Selecting, overseeing, and managing analytics tools with third party stakeholders
  • Working to set deadlines & timeframes and for providing data & insight analysis reports and information requests
  • Being the data-driven subject expert for the business, providing answers to ad hoc questions and coaching others how to use dashboards and access reports
  • Grow a team around you in the future, once settled in the business and strategies are in place
ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will need strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience in a commercial analysis role. You will be comfortable using different data analytics / dashboarding / visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Adobe Analytics, SPSS or similar. You could be working as an Analyst, Digital Analytics Manager, Data Visualisation Manager, Web Analytics Manager, Merchandising Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Financial Analyst, CommercialAnalyst, or similar.
