Job Description

We are recruiting for a Digital Account Executive for a thriving eCommerce agency based in Birmingham.As the Digital Account Executive, you will the confidence to grow, develop and manage strong client relationships, an excellent understanding of all things eCommerce, and the ability to lead a project team with enthusiasm and direction.Location: Birmingham (with hybrid working)Salary: Up to £30,000

  • The ability to lead across projects, including client management, account budgets and schedules
  • 2-3 years experience working agency side is preferred
  • Exposure to relevant eCommerce software
  • A deep understanding of the eCommerce retail process
  • A confident user of google analytics and Microsoft excel to extract insights for reports and analysis
  • The confidence to find new solutions and opportunities to improve clients eCommerce businesses
  • Happy to work across the wider team, sharing digital strategies for further growth and account success
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience using the BigCommerce platform is preferred but not essential
