As a result of our companys successful expansion plans, Care Concern Group is looking to appoint a Development Project Manager into the business.Care Concern Group is market leading, family-owned care group operating 70+ homes across the UK. We have a strong desire to grow our existing portfolio, with several high profile developments to begin in 2023.As Development Project Manager, you will report into the Property & Development Director, supporting the company meet the demands of the existing pipeline, development strategy and company growth.DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER CONTRACT(Travel will be required throughout England) Salary of £60,000 per annum. 37.5 hours per week. Pension. Car allowance. Professional fees paid. 25 days annual leave. Generous bonus scheme per project completion.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Construction degree (MRICS or MCIOB) Familiar with JCT D&B contract administration. CDM Responsibilities. Experience in the care home sector is essential, including CQC & CI building requirements for registration.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Post contract client-side project management of new care home developments. Appointment and management of consultant professional team. Agree and manage development budgets. Attend design team meetings and progress meetings.
