Job Description

Development ManagerSalary range: £36,033 - £40,556 per annum Hours: 36.5 hours per week Contract: PermanentThe Housing & Regeneration team at WMCA are looking for a recently qualified chartered surveyor, or an individual currently pursuing qualification through the APC, with at least two years of relevant development experience. The individual will be good at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a network of professional contacts to draw on to enable delivery of challenging brownfield sites. It will be vitally important for the individual to be able to work rapidly and think laterally in order to unlock development opportunities, which will often involve working collaboratively with the wider team.Were committed to growing our team here at WMCA and well continue to recruit into our critical positions during this time.
