Role: Desktop and MAC Support Analyst Location: BirminghamDuration: 3 MonthsMAC and Windows OS and device support experience are essential requirements, I cannot consider engineers without recent MAC knowledge; Apple macOS Management - To assist the Deskside onsite support team with device builds, peripherals provisioning and shipping.Maintain asset control including stock takes and maintain stock levels.
