  • Deliver mind blowing KPIs by driving sales and service on the shopfloor, use all the data available to propose action to maximise an outstanding store performance
  • Ensure the team has expert knowledge to provide support and guidance, creating an experience in store that the customers cant wait to tell their friends and family about
  • Empower, support and develop your colleagues, and be confident and professional when involved in managing any challenging situations
  • WOW your customers with the beautiful VM in store, make our gorgeous collections the stars of the show
  • Understand what the objectives are and how to deliver them, delegate effectively, take steps to ensure the store is running smoothly and safely
Were looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in a deputy or assistant manager role in a retail store or hospitality business, who loves our brand and what we stand for
  • A passion for supporting a great team with knowledge of people management, recruitment, and training
  • A good understanding of commercial reports and KPIs, react at speed to trade with confidence using a creative flair with VM
  • The ability to communicate effectively with store and regional teams, adapting your style to suit your audience
  • A self motivated approach with exceptional organisation
