Are you an experienced, friendly and articulate Deputy General Manager Would you like to progress your career within an independent, vibrant and iconic venue group with a reputation for genuine career progression We have an exciting opportunity for a DeputyGeneral Manager to join one of their boutique venues, based in Birmingham City Centre.As Deputy General Manager, you will be crucial in the day to day operations and team development across the venues bar, restaurants and boutique hotel rooms. You will use your hospitality experience and flair to lead and motive teams across departments todeliver the highest standards of service aligning with the brand values. You will take responsibility for operations, managing budgets, driving sales and customer engagement.Having worked in a similar boutique hotel or venue, you will have a track record of service delivery, product knowledge and taking full responsibility for operational duties reporting into the senior management team. You will thrive in fast-paced environmentsand have excellent organisational skills.
