Providing direct support to the Group General Counsel on all acquisition matters and pre and post legal support.More important than your legal skills will be your personality and drive. We are looking for someone who is personable, efficient and diligent, looking to grow your career in house as part of the Azets family.Day to day, you will be the primary point of contact for Azets acquisition activity from a legal standpoint, leading the Due Diligence programme, drafting and amending both Asset and Share Purchase Agreements and producing all auxiliary documents required to support Azets acquisitions. Not only will you ensure a smooth acquisition process, but post-acquisition you will be responsible for all appropriate filings and providing resolutions and advice to any issues which arise along the way.A note from the Hiring Manager."This is a really exciting new role for someone with the right skill set but more importantly the right attitude. Your ability to communicate with all stakeholders is essential as you will need to have the ability to translate and simplify complex issues to practical, operational business solutions.In addition to acquisition work you will be required to review, draft and negotiate on all of our commercial contracts related to our supply chain.In all of the work that you do for Azets we would expect you to look at ways in which to improve the process and to help educate and standardise our working methods in order to improve the legal outcomes for Azets as a group over time.This is not your standard legal role and therefore we require an individual that can work in a dynamic fashion, demonstrating a "can do "attitude at all times.
