Role: Deputy Manager - Home Care Branch Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 to £35,000I currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking home care company as part of their management team.They are currently recruiting for a deputy manager to join their award-winning team. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and running of the business, managing Care Coordinators, reporting to and assistingthe Registered Care Manager in daily duties. The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm and you will also share the responsibilities of the on-call rota. Your daily and weekly duties will consist of " Assist and direct Care Coordinators as necessary " To complete Advance rotas for all projects as directed by the Registered Care Manager. " Review Carefree system daily to ensure shifts are covered and rota management is completed. " Review Care Coordinator diary daily to ensure completed in advance and accurate reflection of days work " Complete any safeguardings and monitor and review all service user files. Report any issues or concerns." Complete up to date with CQCs polices and " Complete weekly performance meetings with Care Coordinators " Complete a weekly performance meeting with Registered Care Manager. To be successful within this role you must have a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, great communication skills, fantastic team building and leading skills and have experience in a role at a senior, team leading or deputy level.
