Location: BirminghamPay Rate: £22.09 per hour (Umbrella Co)Employment Type: Contract (initially approx. 6 months)Hours: Standard 36 Per WeekReference: K3444Position Description:** DEMAND PLANNER - BREXIT **A business partner for Commercial & Operations within the IBP Process, engaging and influencing cross functional teams to deliver best practice Business Plans Engaging and influencing Commercial functions to provide Market Insights and forecast input driving the IBP Process Advocate for the IBP Process In charge of the demand planning activities for the specific group of products/country, delivering a fact-based forecast (across 24 month horizon) for the IBP cycle and ultimately for Product supply, to the highest possible accuracy. Responsibility for the DP Process Support the Customer Service and Order Fill target of 98.5% Service, minimised clearance and write-offs. Communicating to Supply Hubs about relevant demand changes and managing best any supply constraints impacting the market Advocate for the DP Gold Model Liaise with cross functional stakeholders to manage service constraints & achieve the best possible service level (CSL target 98.5%) whilst minimizing Ageing risksSkills Required:Data analysis Attention to detail Communication Main accountabilities:1) Responsible to provide an accurate base forecast, proper following of the weekly & monthly cycle in alignment with the IBP, to support the Area commercial objectives over the financial planning horizons following the 6 Steps Demand Planning Process:a) Maintaining the forecasting system accurate & data in line with the client rules:(1/ Data preparation 2/Cleansing segmentation)b) Run statistical forecast to provide the best base forecast (3/Statistical Forecasting)c) Enrich the forecast with the business and market information.
