Delivery Recruitment Consultant - Tech Sector - BirminghamUp to £25,000 pa plus commissionOTE £32,000 pa

    • Is so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!We are working with a well-established, boutique recruitment company who specialise in talent acquisition within the tech sector on a national basis.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has recruited int the tech space but wants to work in a candidate focussed role. You will be given a number of different permanent requirements from key accounts, and it will be your responsibility to use Linked In, Job boards and the company’s internal database to match suitable candidates. All roles are £35k+ and you will be paid 5% of the value of each placement.The role will be remote for the time being, and once the situation allows, there will be some office based work in Birmingham, near Hagley Road.About youYou are someone with recruitment experience in the tech sector and enjoy managing the candidate processThe role could suit someone with family responsibilities who is looking for hybrid working on a long-term basis.Our ideal candidate
  • 24 months minimum recruitment experience +,some of which is in the tech recruitment sector
  • Personable and friendly
  • Can manage own diary and doesn’t need micro management
  • Mature attitude to working from home
