Delivery DirectorRecruitment IndustryBasic to £65,000Senior Executive RoleHighly competitive basic salary and earnings packageWork from homeTHE OPPORTUNITY:This is an exciting position for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious recruitment professional to join this established recruitment business at a senior executive level.They have a large portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and operate from strategic locations across the UK and internationally.We are looking for a dynamic individual who will help craft, implement, and lead their overarching delivery, and strategic relationship management strategy across the business. You will have a track record of establishing and authentically nurturing meaningfulrelationships with all parties within their market space. You will be focusing on a variety of different assignments on a week-by-week or even day-by-day basis.You will be a relationship developer who is highly accomplished, and you will have achieved significant results over a sustained period. You will have experience in handling senior-level applicants and be an active networker.You will be working in recruitment or talent management services and will be looking for a role with a genuine scope at a senior director level and will have the following qualities: Experience in either Talent Research (preferable), Executive Search, or Recruitment Experience in Client and Account Management End-to-end experience of the full spectrum of research (i.e., identification, approach, production of Insight reports etc.) Experience working closely with senior stakeholders. Be able to handle multiple projects at any time Be able to understand clients complex requirements Be able to advise and assist in all elements of the management of the assignment Have a high level of oral and written communication skills Have strong organisational and administrative skills and be able to work to deadlines Display integrity and professionalism at all timesRECRUITMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.In return, you will receive an excellent basic, package and further bonuses and incentives.
