Job Description

Database and Reporting Officer Permanent Hybrid working (Location: Birmingham or London)Full Time or Part time (3 days min)Competitive salaries and excellent benefits including matched pension contributions up to 8%The Manufacturers Organisation | Make UKWe have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who has experience with data analysis to join an established and friendly organisation, Make UK. You will provide insights into complex data sets across business development and membership, and preparecore data reporting and analysis on sales, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.This is a great opportunity for a junior who is looking for a role where they can be trained in new skills and develop their data experience!As a Data Analyst, your duties will also include:

  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of process
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Produce and track key performance indicators
  • Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets
  • Prepare reports for audiences (internal and external) using business analytics reporting tools
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations
  • Extract data from multiple systems and spot trends in data
  • Produce data analytics and presentation material for use in management
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree to the role, and/or have some previous experience in data/business analytics.You should be:
  • Confident to produce and present data sets and findings
  • Creative and able to use initiative well
  • Able to build and maintain great cross business relationships
  • Advanced user in Excel
  • Experience of Dynamics CRM (desirable but not essential)
