Job Description

Data Protection Analyst / Incident Management / Problem Resolution / Troubleshooting / Data Analytics / IBM TSM / Commvault / Veeam / Dell EMCData Protection Analyst / Incident Management / Problem Resolution / Troubleshooting / Data Analytics / IBM TSM / Commvault / Veeam / Dell EMCConcept Resourcing have been engaged by a multinational market leading IT Managed Services Provider to recruit an experienced Data Protection Analyst to join their growing team. This role is to provide specialist support both internally and externally toa dynamic customer base.Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + packageLocation - BirminghamWorking hours - 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, falling between core hours of between 8am-6pm. Evening/weekend cover required as part of an on-call rota.The Role

  • Dealing with Incident Management requests, resolving through to completion
  • Troubleshooting customer issues
  • Providing client system administration, support, and technical resolution
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to, maintaining consistency and quality of service
  • Running regularly scheduled checks on customer systems to ensure they are running as expected
  • Identifying issues and driving improvements in customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a service desk / support environment
  • Exposure and understanding of IT Principles and technologies
  • Exposure or certification in IBM TSM, Commvault, Veeam, DELL EMC (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Industry backup and recovery technologies and best practices (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
