SF Group are currently recruiting for exciting positions as an experienced Telesales Executive for a client of ours in Birmingham. Your duties will include: - Proactively make outbound calls promoting the company - To build and maintain excellent relationships with all customers - To ensure that company databases are accurate and up to date - To identify any prospect business through relevant industry databases, leads and magazines - To build a client portfolio -Generate leads for the Sales team - Up sell and cross sell where possible - Reporting on sales activities and clients - To ensure that all customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively The ideal candidate will have a background in Telesales and will be confident in making outbound calls with a proactive and hard working attitude . Hours are 8.45-4.45 Monday to Thursday and a shorter day Friday with a rate of up to £9ph for the successful candidates
