Job Description

Job Title: Cyber Security Business Development ManagerLocation: Midlands (Remote)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + OTEChapman Tate are currently seeking a Cyber Secruity Business Development Manager for an award-winning MSP based in the Midlands. They are partnered up with several industry leading partners and have over 40 years of experience within the IT industry.Off the back of multiple successes, our client is looking to bring on-board a Cyber specialist to manage some of there leading Accounts. This role will also have an element of new business so any previous experience of Business Development/Hunting will be beneficial.They have a structured plan over the next few years to ensure that the company grows into its next phase. They will be on the lookout for a sales farmer that will be comfortable speaking to Technical Leaders and use your skills to influence and create relationships.Our client will be looking for someone who is seeking a challenge within an agile environment to develop their careers alongside forward-thinking experts who know what their clients require.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing important accounts within the organisation.
  • Generate new opportunities and sales through upselling/cross selling
  • Deliver proactive account management with strong focus on the retention and growth of allocated accounts.
  • Develop your allocated customer base by generating new business opportunities
  • Lead new customers in their Cyber Security strategy
  • You will be experienced in writing detailed proposals and able to present to and close with an excellent conversion rate.
  • Attain sales and retention targets, as set out within annual target.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in a Cyber Security environment
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience in proactive account management with a keen eye for details.
  • Ability to demonstrate a new business mindset.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security services including SOC, Knowledge and experience of security products such as Carbon Black, DarkTrace, Kaspersky, Palo Alto, Alien Vault and Microsoft Defender.
  • You will working with best of breed technology partner and my client renowned for their care of customers and ability to deliver. The most important aspect of the chosen individual is their ability to act as part of a team. The business has grown year on year and have extremely strong links with their vendor community.
