Job Description

My client a luxury clothing manufacturer, based in Birmingham is looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role is focused on providing excellent customer service to their UK and International customer bases and supporting their omnichannel offering. This role does not require cold calling, but theydo require all customer service advisor to be competent and comfortable talking with customers on the phone.Due to their rapid online growth, their culture is fast- paced and unique, they recognise great achievements with great rewards.   • Hours: Monday- Saturday 38 hours per week - 5 days out of 6
  • Shift - 8am-6pm
Responsibilities
  • Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post
  • Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)
  • Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution
  • Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Meet individual and departmental targets
  • Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Experience within customer services, You may have worked in a retail environment or perhaps in a bar or restaurant. As long as you are a real people person and willing to learn this could be the role for you. Dont worry if you dont tick all of the boxesbelow as full training will be provided!
  • Previous experience within customer complaints background is highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information to reach fair outcomes
  • The ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
  • The confidence to make decisions within agreed discretionary limits.
