Job Description

REED Birmingham Business Support are currently recruiting for the UKs Leading Facilities Management Companies to work on an exciting new position within the Service Delivery Team.The Service Delivery Team are responsible for planning and scheduling engineers to a variety of work orders around the UK.You will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned and reactive works to engineers around the UK, ensuring all of the work orders are in the scheduling system in order for the work to be assigned to the correct engineers.The Role:

  • Accurately recording all job-related information on the IT Systems and ensure all jobs are completed within the required SLAS and costs following correct processes
  • Responding to calls and emails from clients and engineers
  • Escalate any issues with specific jobs, clients or engineers to the correct team
  • Offering 5* customer service across all forms of communication internally and externally
  • Updating work orders on our in-house systems
The Person:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, dealing with all communications in a prompt, professional manner
  • Demonstrate strong IT Skills (Office, Excel, Teams as well as ability to pick-up in-house systems)
  • Ability to work in an adaptable manner, managing workload effectively to ensure all jobs are completed within required SLAs
  • Showing a creative approach to analysing and solving any issues
  • Strong team building skills and ability to work well with others
The Details:
  • Based right next to Birmingham Airport
  • £10.91
  • TempPerm
  • MondayFriday on a shift pattern between 07:0019:00
  • Training on inhouse systems will be provided, however strong IT skills are a requirement
