Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (4 Week Contract)Salary: £12.34 p/hLocation: (B15) Midland Heart, Bath RowWorking Week: 35 hours per weekMidland Heart are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide and promote a professional, high-quality, front-line customer focused service to all Midland Heart customers. We are looking for candidates to deliver a service to meet the individual needs of the customer and, wherever possible, providing a first contact resolution.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with a variety of customer enquiries received via phone, email and social media - ensuring customer’s needs are identified accurately and aiming to achieve of a "1st Call Resolution".
  • Working within a team environment taking ownership and identifying and promoting any areas of improvement.
  • To contribute to the achievement of all departmental objectives and organisational targets.
  • Recording every customer contact within Midland Heart’s in-house computer system to create a contact history for the customer.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience and increase Customer Satisfaction.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Housing & Repairs department.
  • Must know how to use the Northgate system.
  • Understand BRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
