Job Description

Customer Service ExecutiveSA/BCR/9357Birmingham City CentreFull TimeSalary: 18,600Our client is a vibrant and engaging Utility Company who are looking to bring on board energetic and talented call centre and customer service reps in their energy department!Customer Service Executive responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound customer calls
  • Setting up payment plans with customers
  • Answering customer queries in regards to energy bills, energy usage and consumption
  • Assisting with reading of meters and submitting these readings
  • Liaising with other departments (such as finance and Water/TV license) in order to assist with any other customer queries
Ideal Customer Service Executive:
  • Demonstrable experience working within a customer service environment (in-person or on the phone)
  • An understanding of energy and the utilities around it
  • An up-beat and energetic attitude towards both working and speaking to customers
  • A significant competency with IT systems
  • An empathetic and understanding approach to dealing with customer queries
