Job Description

Customer service advisor: Pertemps UK (Homebased: Track & Trace)About The Role:

  • Own, process and resolve complex individual enquiries, and customer details received around Covid.
  • Acknowledge customer enquiries providing professional information advice and guidance to members of the public around covid.
  • Supporting with any administrator duties, attend, and meetings, regarding covid as and when required.
  • Work with partner organisations in order to assist members of the public and update records accordingly.
  • Provide word processing support the needs of the Covid-19 Team including the production of detailed reports, letters, publicity materials and electronic mail.
  • Use multiple ICT Customer contact systems effectively. Ensure data recorded is accurate and concise. Creation and maintenance of records, files and statistical information for evidence based data.
  • Be fully proficient in a range of those services delivered through the Service centre and Contact centre. Maintaining and acquiring knowledge and expertise in all aspects of existing, new and revised legislation relevant to services delivered.
MUST be able to work weekends.Skills
  • Good telephone manner, including clear speech, the ability to understand people with speech impediments and unusual accents, and excellent manners.
  • Persuasiveness, with the ability to soothe unhappy customers and to persuade them to retain services or make further purchases.
  • Administration, for note taking, report writing and keeping track of multiple tasks at once.
