Job Description

SF Recruitment are supporting a fantastic business in recruiting for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the business on a Temp to Perm basis, The role is hybrid with the office being based in Birmingham (B1). The role will initially be temporary for 3 months with the intention of going permanent after the 3 months. Salary: £12.50 per hour + Benefits once permanent. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home). This is a fantastic business who will develop talented employees and promote from within. Hours: (08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, Friday will be 8:30 - 15:35) - 34 hours per week. The Role: - As the Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of clients. - Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients. - Answer questions about product specifications. - Book appointments with relevant prospects. - Complete data cleansing activities. - Carry out market research into various industries. - Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups. - Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database.
