My client has an amazing opportunity for a fluent French & English-speaking career hungry, ambitious candidate with 2+ years phone based customer service experience working within an office environment to join them as a French speaking Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham. The office is located in the heart of the city with a stunning office with roof top terrace!This role is a 50/50 French and English speaking position supporting their Paris and UK offices.They seek a candidate with strong customer service and relationship building skills looking to use their French language skills within the workplace. You will be answering queries from insurance brokers and customers throughout the day for my clients digitalservice platform, so the role will require strong written and verbal skills in both French and English.Insurance experience would be an advantage, however not essential.
