Job Description

This job is known internally as a DMS Advisor - Plan ActivationsDo you want fulfilling and rewarding work that will positively change livesWorking as a DMS Advisor, youll be supporting the charitys existing clients using various contact methods including phone calls, emails, webchats, and post. Were looking for someone with good telephone skills, written communications, and the ability to navigateseveral systems at the same time. Successful applicants will have good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to a schedule.Salary:Starting at £20,300 with the potential for increase up to £24,500, depending on performance and development criteria being metWhere youll work:This will be a hybrid role, working both from home and our Birmingham office, with a current requirement to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per month. Youll work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.The rewards:
