Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Office Based - Birmingham PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU CAN TRAVEL TO B6, BIRMINGHAMTemporary on-going positionHours: 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 8am-1pm (Sat will be alternate to work 2 out 4) 40 hours per week (Full time)Hourly rate: £10.75ph, weekly paidThis is an immediate starting role before Christmas so please only apply if you are able to start work immediately.Working within a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a small number of key accounts. This position will service various accounts where you will support as required depending on the varyingdemands each day.Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role is to provide day to day support via telephone and email where you will be assisting in the reservation process, supporting in with queries and resolving issues that arise.Main duties of the role:

  • Full processing of reservations, oversee delivery, through to collection, including customer aftercare
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers and operational teams
  • Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues
  • Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
  • Management of required daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Complete customer satisfaction callbacks following delivery
  • Any other ad hoc duties required
Key skills and attributes required:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • General computer literacy - Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Customer orientated
