Job Description

Are you a personable Customer service administrator with excellent skills in relationship buildingMy Birmingham based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis. If successful you will be required to Deliver exceptional levels of service and build relationships between the company and their customers.Benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for complex/at risk customers to enhance/rebuild customer relationships.
  • Provide timely, accurate and financial monthly reports and analysis for General Manager & Customer Service Manager
  • Manage outstanding journals to ensure timely resolution, revenue generation and discount approvals as required.
  • Analyse lost business and complaint management data - ability to see the bigger picture, identify key issues/trends.
  • Proactively maintain the sales ledger including the allocation of receipts to the sales ledger to ensure overdue accounts are updated.
  • Ensure debtors are entered on the warning list if necessary.
  • Manage outstanding journals to ensure timely resolution, revenue generation and discount approvals as required.
  • Manage & respond to all direct customer communication, complex/at risk customers, via telephone and email effectively and efficiently.
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel & Dynamics.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to analyse data.
  • Customer and solution focused.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
