Were currently recruiting for a Full Time Customer Resolution Advisorto joinour Contact Centre at our Store Support Centre in Birmingham. As a Resolution Advisor youll offercustomer service which enhances our customer journey. With your passion forcustomer service, youll take ownership of the customer journey from beginning to end.Delivering a consistent, professional approach, youll respond to internal and external customers by using logical and innovative thinking. With a strong track record in customer service, resolution or complaints youll be adept at handling difficult situationsin a confident and cool manner.The hours for this vacancy are 9-5 Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9-5 and Bank Holiday Cover. The role is work from home until early August and then will be 90% in the office.Are you the perfect Gem

  • Significant experience within a contact centre/customer service or complaint handling environment
  • Experience of call handling, negotiation and question techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word/Excel and Outlook.
