Customer Marketing Advisor - Up to 23KBirminghamSalary up to - 23KCompany phone and LaptopI have a fantastic opportunity for a customer marketing advisor to join a high-profile digital dictation organisation in the West Midlands. This is an exciting prospect to play a vital role within a growing marketing division and be key to the company moving forwards in its marketplace.My client, has been making waves within the digital dictation / voice recognition market, winning numerous large contracts from its competitors. Offering a comprehensive and reliable support structure function, installation and training division, my client is ideally positioned to strengthen its position within the UK market.The role:

  • Working for the Head of Marketing you will contribute towards marketing plans supporting the sales and marketing strategy for the business.
  • Develop sound knowledge of customers needs and the Companys products/services.
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships by proactively calling existing and prospective customers as well as e-mailing where appropriate.
  • Influence new customers to explore Company services and products.
  • Engage with existing customers to cross and up-sell additional products and services.
  • Arranging product demonstration appointments for the sales team, updating ACT and managing a centralised diary.
  • Regularly update the company ACT! System with customer contact details, quotations and details of all communications.
  • To work effectively with the sales and support teams and achieve company objectives.
  • Plan workload to optimise effective customer contact.
