Customer Insight ManagerSolihull, 2 days a week on-siteUp to £55,000 plus good benefits!The Company:Joining the 2nd largest banking group in Europe, going through a big transformation of driving data through internal teams. They are looking to bring in a Customer Insight Manager to drive this and focus on the analytics.Reporting into the Head of Customer Insight and Analytics.The Role:As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:- Looking at the what and why of customer analytics- Working on predictive and prescriptive analytics- Managing a small team of analysts so managerial experience is desired- Using SQL/Python for hands-on analytics with customer data- Tracking and analysing customer journeysSkills/Requirement:- Experience in the Banking industry- Management/ mentoring experience- SQL experience- Tableau experience is desired but open to other visualisation toolsInterview Process:1 Stage - 30 minute Chat with hiring manager2 Stage - 1.5 hour On-site Case Study and Competency questions
