Job Description

CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGERBIRMINGHAM CENTRE (hybrid)£40,000 - £50,000This is a fantastic opportunity for any senior customer analyst to step up and work as the Customer Insight Manager, joining the Customer Experience team ideally three times a week in the Birmingham office of this well-known transport company. Acting asthe Voice of the Customer to stakeholders across the business, this is an excellent change for any customer-centric analyst to make a difference.THE COMPANY:This is a leading transport company with a huge portion of the market in the industry, currently offering a variety of products and services. Therefore, with this companys large database of customers and transactions, the Customer Insight Manager will havea wealth of data to work with and oversee.THE ROLE:This role is the internal representative of this businesss customers, so is a pivotal role for ensuring their voices are heard at the senior level. While reporting to the Director of CX, you will face into the different business areas and working with severalstakeholders. You will be working on a range of exciting projects, such as:

  • Deep-dive analysis with SQL into customer behaviour and trends, across journeys, spend and loyalty, as well as NPS data for customer feedback
  • Reporting analysis and producing customer insights to other areas of the business, including both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Investigating the customer journey and where the key optimisation points are to discover what creates the best customer experience
  • Measure the impacts of various initiatives from the business and how these help to improve customer experience
  • Understand the customer experience as a whole, including customer pain points and the various customer contact points, and how to optimise this experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:As the Customer Insight Manager, you will be expected to:
  • Have previous commercial experience from a similar position
  • Be strongly analytical, skilled across SQL for data analysis and a data visualisation tool (preferably Tableau)
  • Have the ability to extract the "so what" element form data to produce and communicate actionable insights for the business
  • Have experience in measuring customer experience by looking at NPS
  • Be a strong communicator, able to handle stakeholders and manage their expectations
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
  • £40,000 - £50,000
