Cruise Product and Marketing ManagerTo £40,000 + Bonus and BenefitsFully remote anywhere within the IUKOur client is a highly successful cruise company who have developed a great reputation in the industry offers a range of cruises across the globe for discerning travellers.They have competitive commercial arrangements with all the major cruise lines as well as advertising on all the major cruise platforms.Due to expansion, they are now recruiting for a Cruise Product and Marketing Manager to join their team.The successful candidate will be managing cruise lines accounts , managing allocation systems, researching new product areas and proactively sourcing and setting up of special offers.The Cruise Product and Marketing manager will possess strong commercial awareness and previous have previous experience of working in a product role within the cruising in the travel sector, this is essential.This role is offered on a fully remote basis anywhere within the UKProduct and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Liaise with suppliers to source long haul, luxury travel dealsManaging product allocation systemsOn-going competitor analysis of product and priceAttending supplier operator meetings and training sessionsProactively sourcing and set up of special offersEnsuring cruise deals are advertised correctly and accuratelyProduct and Marketing Manager Experience Required:Previous product/commercial experience gained within the cruise travel sector is essential.Good understanding of luxury cruise destinationsCommercially aware with a keen eye for a good dealExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build strong relationships with travel suppliers.Product and Marketing Manager Salary and Benefits:Base Salary from up to £40,000 depending on experience.Bonus based on company performance.Fully remote within the UK.20 days annual leave rising by 1 day per annum up to 25 days.PensionTravel familiarisation and travel discountsTo apply for the Product and Marketing Manager, please email your CV and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your application.
