They are now recruiting for a CRM Strategist.Client DetailsA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an Award-winning Global Marketing Agency in Birmingham. My client has experienced remarkable growth and are looking to expand the current team. They are now recruiting for a CRM Strategist.DescriptionResponsibilities include:

  • Developing CRM Strategies across different channels
  • Supports day to day strategic lead to develop customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
  • Craft strategic platforms, strategic briefs, value propositions and messaging for various initiatives
  • Manipulating, segmenting and selecting data through a marketing campaign tool or database
  • Ability to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for working with data and developing best practise skills
  • Exposure and understanding of an email broadcast tool would be an advantage and/or HTML
  • Ability to pick up technical systems quickly with an aptitude and keenness to learn new technologies
  • Report on campaign performance and propose recommendations for improving our communication strategy.
