Free coffee, lots of cake, and a pool table.The Essence of The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this is a great opportunity for you to come in and own the function. Full responsibility for maintaining and developing the CRM system, build work flows, and improve processes.Scope of the CRM Manager

  • You will have full ownership of primarily the "Zoho CRM" and also "Zoho One suite" of apps.
  • Work closely with developers, marketing, and sales teams
  • Maintain and develop the CRM system, build work flows and improve processes
  • Measure and analyse ROI from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance
  • Produce reporting dashboards across the organisation
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital to build and monitor marketing KPIs and other marketing-related analytical reports
  • Unearth data insights and create reports on marketing and sales performance to improve processes
  • Drive adoption of Zoho and champion its usage across the organisation while acting as the expert to provide guidance and support for users
Prerequisites
  • Demonstrative track record in your previous roles
  • Technically competent and not be afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Passion for delving into the data and gaining insights
  • Will be a lifelong learner (the kind of person who Googles stuff to learn more, for fun)
  • Commercially aware, assertive, customer-focused with the ability to use initiative and intuition
