CRM Exec (12-month contract)£150 PER DAY (outside IR35)BirminghamCRM Exec contract for a Retail client to enhance customer journey, retention, and overall marketing function.Responsibilities:Create and implement customer-centric CRM strategies that focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences as a priority. Take charge of existing CRM systems, leading efforts to enhance their performance for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Utilisecustomer data to extract valuable insights, spot trends, and craft personalised communication approaches. Spearhead the development of precise CRM campaigns by working closely with diverse teams, aiming to create and measure tailored campaigns that deeplyresonate with customers. Continuously evaluate customer engagement metrics and sentiment to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. Collaborate with different departments to ensure that CRM initiatives align closely with overarching business goals.Requirements:Demonstrated executive-level proficiency in CRM, showcasing a track record of success in this field. Possess strong expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, preferably with experience in Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, and Mailchimp. Analyticabilities to make data-driven decisions from complex data sets. Communicate exceptionally well through both written and verbal channels, adept at crafting compelling narratives and strategies. Display innovation by creatively and strategically approachingcustomer-centric CRM initiatives to yield results. Showcase strong collaboration and leadership skills, proven in effectively leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.Please note that this role is a contract position based in Birmingham, offering a daily rate of £150 outside IR35.
