The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and analytical individual to undertake a multi-faceted role as CRM and Communications Officer. The role will be the first point of contact across our Marketing, Admissions and International teams for ourCRM system ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. We are a small, cohesive team who are flexible to change and developing new ideas to keep up with the sector.You will be responsible for creating highly engaging email campaigns from idea to creation including segmenting, delivery, and analysis. This creative and varied role will contribute to increasing applications and conversion through the student journey forHome and International prospective students across College, Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Differentiating touchpoints to meet different age groups and demographics will be a challenging but interesting aspect of the role.Also, its an exciting time to support our Events Team to manage event bookings for both online and face-to-face events and creating initiatives to increase event attendance and conversion.Candidate Requirements:The successful candidate will demonstrate:
