Are you looking for a new role in Credit with a company that truly values its clients and its employees We are working with an organisation that is the fastest growing in their sector, winning high profile business not only here in the UK but across Europeand North America. This newly created role is to support the ever growing credit and finance team, joining a credit team of established and experienced Credit Controllers, with 2 long standing and well thought of Credit Managers. Your new role- Managing your own ledger, made up of a wide portfolio of clients - Meeting monthly cash collection targets set out by the Management team - Working with the team to meet both internal and external SLAs and KPIs - Recording all notes onto the system and providing information to clients on outstanding debts and agreeing on payment plans - Daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation - Bespoke reporting pack delivered for key clients - Build strong internal relationships with Ops & client accountants to help resolve and escalate queries - Contribute to weekly team meetings and have a collective team approach towards wider goals - Collecting cash via BACS, standing orders, direct debits, cheques, debt & credit cards - Participate on conference calls for key accounts to give updates to the client along with the Ops Managers and client accounts team on all matters around risk and debt What youll need- Previous experience in high volume Credit Control is essential - Ability to plan and prioritize workload - Excellent communication skills - Strong system experience and Excel - Self-motivated to maintain output and able to work from home at times What youll get in return- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service - Company perks including retail & healthcare discounts - Ability to work from home once completed probation and training - Life Assurance 3 X Salary - Season Ticket Loan - Pension - Prof Subs - Private Medical Cover - Income Protection 50% of Base Salary - Sick Pay - 4 Weeks continuous pay
