Covid 19 Test Administrator Mobile Testing UnitAim of the post:As a qualified Healthcare Assistant with some industry experience, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and will be expected to be capable of day-to-day running of COVID swab testing in a mobile unit. This will include taking blood, sample management, sample preparation, data processing and generation of reports. The role is heavily customer service orientated therefore strong verbal communication skills are essential.Main responsibilities:· To present a welcoming and professional environment to all customers· Delivers brilliant support, responding quickly to all customer needs while engaging with those individuals to reassure them through the testing process· To assist the customer with all forms and to submit any online requirements· To ensure the safety of the staff and visitors to the mobile unit· Check their personal details against the information provided and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures· Adhere to company policy and comply with all relevant legislations and legal requirements· Keep up to date with the latest guidance on and implement the requirements of social distancing measures· To manage the booking system· Efficiently deliver the daily tasks and testing plan, including: packing up samples, stock management, completing test administration and procedures as required· Support the Managing Director and Marketing team in identifying suitable sites from which to offer our servicesOrganisational responsibilities:· To develop and comply with policies, regulations, systems and procedures in all areas including Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Quality and work towards achieving best practice and high standards· To contribute to preparation of reports and returns as required. Ensure requiredinformation is collected· To Manage the day-to-day work of delivery projects in area of responsibility andrelated activities to ensure that agreed targets and milestones are achieved· To act professionally, courteously and effectively at all times in line with theorganisations values·PERSON SPECIFICATIONSkills, qualifications and experience requiredEssential:· A Health care qualification at level 3 or above or UK equivalent · Must be able to take blood.
