Job Description

One of the UKs leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic opportunities for Corporate KYC Onboarding Analysts to work within the financial services sector for a major UK Bank.The role of Onboarding KYC Analyst will be onboarding new and existing corporate clients through the account opening process. You will take responsibility for the collation and validation of the account opening and KYC documentation against the client’s proceduralprocess requirements.Candidates will be required to work a Hybrid week with Two days in the office and three days from homeAs Corporate KYC Onboarding Analyst, you will:

  • Manage your own pipeline of new to business customers and progress their digital application following the full onboarding due diligence process.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process requirements by carrying out the necessary due diligence
  • Contact customers directly with account submitters and clients to obtain mandatory account opening and KYC information and documentation.
  • Collating and analysing client information to make an informed decision about the risk the client poses to the business.
  • Track findings against the client’s guidelines and risk appetites.
  • Update customer information and check provided documentation meet the requirements.
  • Update the client database with all key information and ensure information is up to date and accurate.
  • Effectively handle and resolve client and senior manager problems or complaints relating to the relevant processes.
  • Deliver difficult messages with clarity and diplomacy, to a proportion of perspective customers who do not meet the proposition.
  • Complete remediation of cases to ensure documentation and checks are up to date and within the client’s appetite for risk.
  • Work to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
The successful Corporate KYC Onboarding Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous KYC experience within onboarding within corporate banking
  • Ability to manually calculate UBO percentages ownership
  • Experience working within a regulatory environment handling sensitive data and information and making informed and analytical decisions from those findings.
  • Proven ability to work in a customer focused role and provide an excellent customer journey.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products and services.
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
  • Extremely professional, well presented, and motivated to keep improving on performance and accuracy.
